Copy and paste Word Doc from ON2007 to Outlook e-mail doesn't work

A user clicks on the icon of a Word doc in OneNote 2007 and chooses "copy."
He then opens up a new e-mail message but cannot paste the Word doc into that
e-mail. Why? He only has ON2007. Everything else is from Office 2003,
including Outlook.

What if he opens the Word document, saves it to his file system, then
attaches it to his Outlook e-mail? Does it work?

It seems that by mistake you did hit the wrong group. This one ids for
OneNote.
"microsoft.public.outlook.general"
would be the proper group for your problem.
