Copy and Paste

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

When I copy from one word document and paste to another the font size changes almost always and the color changes sometimes. How can I keep this from happening. Both original documents are the same font, same font size, and same color. I never had this problem before I updated to Word 08

In Word | Preferences | Edit, turn on "show paste options buttons". When
you paste, there will be a little clipboard at the end of the paste.
Click on that clipboard and it will allow you to choose "keep source
format" or other options. One of them should give you what you want.
