Help! I am trying to make business cards with a photo on them. I have copy and pasted Jpeg onto all 12 business cards on the sheet. It looks great, shows up fabulously in print preview, and then when I print only one photo shows up in a wierd off-centered place. I have tried to print on three different printers - all have the same effect... so I'm thinking it has to be something I am doing in word?

Make sure those pictures are set "In line with text".

Right-click each one and check them all.

Right-click, choose Format Picture, choose Layout, and set it to Inline with
text.

Anything else will allow the pictures to move around.

Now, when you print, make sure you are not choosing any of the smartar*e
"features" of the printer driver, such as "Photo Printing" or "Scale and
Centre".

You want to print at 100 per cent without scaling.

Hope this helps

This has nothing to do with the thread you posted it to, and it does not

Hi guys,

The 'In-line with text' fix helps some of the times, but
<http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Word/1118> is a pretty detailed
discussion on the layers bug in Word. It's driving me crazy due to a couple of
pages with multiple text boxes in different layers.

Cheers, nk
