Copy Appointments

I want to copy appointments. For example, I have set up a review dat
for any employee with a year recurrence pattern, a reminder time, colo
coded, determined the amount of time for the appointment. Now I wan
to take that appointment data and use it again, but change the name
date, everything else will stay the same.

Any thoughts

Seect the appointment and copy it. Then select the time on a date where the
copy should be and paste.

Thanks for the tip. My user was trying to right-click for copy and di
not get the option, but you do get copy/paste from the edit drop-dow
menu
