Copy Business Contact Manager opportunity products to Word

I would like to create a quote using Microsoft Word or Outlook without having
to retype all the data that I have entered for a Business Contact Manager
opportunity: at least the products plus the grand total, but if at all
possible also the customer contact data such as the address and contact
person.
