Copy cell based on unique value - alternate rows - into 1 row,....

Hi all,
Can anybody please help, i have a spreadsheet with thousands of lines
of changes to a file (below) - i want to create 2 lines 'Changed
from'
& 'Changed to'.. basically find the ID in Col B that is a ‘From’ and
collate all these into the 1st row id (or to a new worksheet) and do
the same for the ‘to’…
The cols go to from ‘A’ to ‘AN’ and there is a varying number of
Changes from & to..
This is what I have.. ..

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated...
