Hi Bob,

Copy and paste the buttons, then copy and paste the code, then click onto
each button and set the On Click event to [Event Procedure].

Don't forget to recompile your DB afterwards...

Damian.

If you can select them all in design view - select them all, select Copy
form the Edit menu then paste them in the other form, alternatively you can
do it the hard way (one by one)

Thanks Jacob, Regarding that .RTF format is there any way I can email in
that and print in something else because .RTF losses all formats, lines,
logos, coloring

You could always attach a .SNP to the email, wich users can print. If you
have Access 2007, you can also do PDF :). Of course Access 2007 isn't ready
yet... but it will be soon. If the email recipient doesn't have .SNP, when
they double click the file, if they choose to let Windows find a program to
open the file, they'll be taken to the download for the free .SNP viewer.

Bob,

Try: form the Format menu (of the report) Size->To Fit
Make sure it does not stuff up the layout of the report.

(Test it first with dummy copy of the report )

Snapshot Viewer will open .SNP files created by Access 97 - 2003. It does
not require that Access be on the machine.
