copy/cut and/or paste attachments

I used to be able to move attachments between e-mails by cutting and pasting
them. All of a sudden I can't. Perhaps I accidentally changed a
configuration?

try registering ole32.dll (regsvr32.exe ole32.dll), that did the trick for me.
