Copy Database file

Is there a way to automate the copying of an Access 2000
Database from one location to another? Any direction or
help is greatly appreciated as always. thanks,

Just to tag along on Alex's posting, please note that you should never copy
an open database, as you can end up with the database being copied in an
inconsistent state.

Some methods are smart enough to prevent you from doing this, but others are
not.
