Copy db to CD ~ Lose Permissions

Dave,

I think that it is simply the file's properties that are changing and
becoming ReadOnly when you copy to a CD and then copy from the CD to a hard
drive. Just use Windows explorer to find the file just copied from CD,
right click for Properties and uncheck the Read Only property.

Windows will set the Read-Only bit on for _any_ file copied to CD since it is a
Read-Only medium. When you copy it back to writable media you need to reset the
Read-Only bit back to false.
