copy deleted messages to local folder

On our exchange server the admin had put the setings so that all
deleted messages will be deleted the day after. How can I copy all
messages to another folder localy on my machine before they get
deleted by the exchange rule?

Why delete a message that in reality you want to keep?

Create a PST and move those messages there if you need to but remember that
a PST is kept locally on your PC/laptop and won't be backed up. In the event
of a PC/laptop crash and/or data loss, you could lose the contents of your
PST or it could corrupt.

To create the PST, close Outlook. In the mail applet of the Control Panel
add Personal Folders to your profile. When you open Outlook, at the bottom of
your folders list (enable folder view) you'll see Personal Folders. You can
drag the emails you want to save there. How much you can store in a Personal
Folder will depend upon the version of Outlook you have.

Alternative, for emails you wish to save you can use File > Save As... Make
sure you save as a .msg file. It will save the individual email message you
wish to retain. Note the same issues apply if you save the files locally.
However if you save them to a networked folder/drive, you can cause space
issues as well if you have large emails with attachments.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend either method without discussing it with
your Network and/or Exchange Admin first. They may have some alternate
solutions for you.
