copy deleted messages

On our exchange server the admin had put the setings so that all
deleted messages will be deleted the day after. How can I copy all
messages to another folder localy on my machine before they get
deleted by the exchange rule?

I must admit that I didn't get your point here, what do you mean by
"Help>Rules and Alerts"
Rules and Alerts is under "Tools" not "Help" and my question is how to
make such a rule that will copy the content of my deleted mail box to
another folder

I mean, if you want to copy things, use rules and copy the messages as they
com in to some other message store and to find out how to use rules, see
Help.
