Copy Export Map

I have created and saved Export map to export to Excel. I would like to give this map to a colleague for her to use. Is there a way to copy my export map into her predefined maps without having her create it from scratch?

Hello Troy,

The maps are stored in the Global.mpt file on your hard disk.
Use the Tool / Organizer... to copy your map in one of your projects file
(.mpp), then go to your colleague's PC and copy the map to her Globla.mpt
