Copy field results (REF-Fields) in new document as plain text

Dear Experts:

I got a lot of cross-references (fields) in a document. They all point
to chapter numbers (formatted with the built-in headings) such as 7.3
or 5.4 or 2.6 etc. The field results are just the chapter numbers, no
more.

I would like a macro to copy all FIELD RESULTS of these REF-Fields
into a new document (as plain text) and highlight the ones that have
'0' as field result.

Help is much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
