Copy field value to multiple places..

I have a form set up (in Word 2000), with a "Name" field (text field from
the forms toolbar). The user fills his (or her) name in this field, and Tabs
to the next field. How do I set up another field in the same doc, to use the
same value that has just been entered into Field 1 ? I want to avoid having
the user fill in the same data several times....
