Copy files for contact info

What directory and file to look for so i can transfer the file to a disk to load on my laptop for my contact info that is saved on my desktop. I want to have the same contact information put into my outlook on my laptop. Thanks

Outlook.pst - but search for all .pst files to ensure that you have the
right one.

I did exactly what you said. It copied everything including inbox, deleted, sent and contacts. Pasted it into the same folder on my laptop. Is there a way to only copy just the contact folder. I don't need the other folders (inbox, sent, deleted, etc...)
