Copy Format

Using Visio 2003 - I'm creating a flow chart

Let's say I have 2 shapes. One is a process shape and
the other a decision shape. I want to copy the complete
format of the decision shape to the process shape. I
know by using the "format painter" you can copy the font,
font size, color, etc. But what if I want to copy over
the shape and size of the shape as well? Can this be done
similar to the format painter function?

There is no general way to replace one shape with another. However, you can
build a flowchart with the "Flowchart shapes" master that allows conversion
between Process and Decision geometries. Look for this in the Basic
Flowchart Shapes stencil near the end of the list. Use this shape in your
drawing instead of the regular Process and Decision shapes. Right click on
the shape to change its look.
