so I can use it in a new form in visual basic 6.0

VB forms are very different from Access forms, and much more limited in
their features. There's no built-in way to export a form from Access to
VB. I gather there are products out there that purport to do it, and
you can google for them, but from all I've heard they don't do a very
complete job.

It is not possible to copy bottuns and / or text boxes out an access form
and past it in a VB form,

Unless you want to see what third-party "converters" are available, I
can offer no other solution.
