Copy formula error

I'm using Excel 2003: When I copy a formula from a cell over to the cell on
the right, the formula copies correctly but it picks up the values in the row
to the left. Then when I save the worksheet, the formula then gives me the
correct SUM. Odd, very odd. Has anyone ran into to this? Is there a fix?

Is calculation under Tool>Options... set to manual, as Excel will attempt to
update all calculations when saved

Hi Jody, My name is Joe. I think you just need to check the box in the
"automatic calculations" option at:
TOOLS
OPTIONS
CALCULATION TAB
AUTOMATIC CALCULATE and click the check box next to it. Let me know if this
does the trick.
