Hello,
I have used Excel long enough to know that when you copy a formula and paste it into another, it should calculate the formula. It seems that I have to go into the formula and hit enter for it to calculate. The formula is copied correctly, but it is showing the solution of the copied cell.
Example:
2 2 =sum(A1:B1) Shows: 4
3 3 copy the formula Shows: 4
When I go into the cell to see if the copied formula is using the new cells, the formula is right and it calculates it after I hit enter. I have never had this happen before and it seems that on an Excel 2000 app it works fine.
I have Excel 2002 SP2
