Copy from other excel file on compare

Hi,

I have One master excel file which have all the vehicles nos. and comments
and other which I am generating on daily basis for vehicles nos. Is it
possible that in Temporary file the comments copied from master file if the
vehicle no. is same?

By comments if you mean data entered into adjacent cells; then take a look at
the help documentation on VLOOKUP() function
