Copy from Pocket PC

When I try to copy notes from my Pocket PC to OneNote and recognize
the ink, the text in any given line varies in size. Even after I
select it and change the font size, the vertical alignment of each
word on the line is often awry. Is this a bug, or am I missing
something?

Any chance the errant text is somehow being to super-script or sub-script?

Not that that would fix your problem, but would give us some leads, anyway.
