copy from Visio spoils Word document

The Problem
I import drawings from Visiuo to Word by CUT + PASTE
Most of the drawings are ok.
The problem is:
When i PRINT PREVIEW ( or Print) the page - Word change the display of the
page into two columns. When I exit the preview display - I have to UNDO a few
times to get back to the normal display.
Of course i want continueous display of the pages , and when I see in in two
columns.....part of the drawings disappear
Word defines as
Drawings in line with text
The printer is A4 HP laser
