Copy graph from Excel to Word problem

P

Piotr

Hi,
It's my last chance... I try to copy a graph from Excel anywhere (to
Word or to Powerpoint) and usually it's written: there is not enough
space. save immediately (in Word) or nothing happens in Powerpoint
(only blank object is pasted)
After this when I try to close Excel (which I tried to copy from)it
asks me if I want to save. Choosing no - the program closes with error
message.
I have 1GB RAM and 3GB virtual memory, so I think this is not this
problem,
I stopped NAV and NIS and still the same problem.
I didn't find any worms, adawares, viruses and so on.
I downloaded SP2, all updates, reinstalled Office
I don't want to reinstall all the system,

Few months ago I had the same problem and it dissapeared by itself.
Now I need this option to finish my work and it stopped. I didn't
notice when.
There is no significant memory using in processes,

Maybe sb met the same problem and can help me,

Piotr

Hi, Piotr. You said you "stopped NAV and NIS", which I interpreted to
mean that you disabled NAV AutoProtect, but that is not the same as
disabling the NAV Office Plugin.

Hi,
I also disabled Plugin. Today I downloaded all patches for Office XP I
could from Microsoft website. And still the same problem. Few more
remarks:

If I copy with Shift and paste as picture (jpg or anything else)
there is only empty field pasted or even nothing happens.
It is enough just to click copy on chart in Excel. Without pasting
anywhere if I try to close Excel - error message. After reinstall
Office it's still the same.
And I observed a long time of closing computer, maybe it is joined in
some way?

And I didn't found anywhere on groups somebody with the same problem,

Piotr
