Copy Info from 1 sheet to another within same workbook

I have a spreadsheet that has two sheets. I would like some of the
information on sheet1 to also be in sheet 2 (protected). When I update sheet
1, I would like it to automatically update sheet 2. I know how to do this,
what I cannot figure out is:

If I insert a new row in sheet 1, sheet 2 does not update. Is there a way
to have this information mirror sheet 1 exactly? (fonts, sizes, colors, etc.)

I assume you are using linked cell formulas on sheet2.

Inserting a new row in sheet1 will not create a new row in sheet2 without
employing some VBA code to copy the new row with its date and formatting to
sheet2
