copy mail merge recipient list for backup (in simple language pl)

Would like to copy my MAIL MERGE RECIPIENT LIST to a floppy, but it won't
copy in the format it is in. NOTE: simple answers are all I can use . Thank
you.

Why won't it copy? For example:
.. Is the file too large?
.. How are you trying to save the file to the disk?
.. Are you trying to copy the mailmerge source file, or the mailmerge output
file?
.. Do you have other files on the disk that can be deleted?
.. Are you sure the disk isn't write-protected?
