Copy & mail Outlook Contact

I am using outlook 2003. How can I copy specific contact information an
paste it in the body of an e mail? Not an attatchment as busines
card/v card. I am not using word as a default to edit e mail messages.

Would appreciate input.

Not sure if this is what you want but if you right click a Contact and drag
it onto the Inbox (over the Mail Icon) and then choose "Copy here as message
with Text" you will get an email with certain fields from the Contact in the
text body of the email message.
