Copy mail sent to central storage

Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure Outook 2003 running SMTP
with Exchange 2003 (SBS 2003) to copy all outgoing mail to a central store,
Preferably, without programming?

We copy all incoming mail to a Secretary mailbox for record purposes and it
would be useful to be able to do the same thing with outgoing.

I believe, in the future, all copies of all correspondence will need to be
kept.
