Copy message body from message to tasks form

I recently starting developing in Outlook and I'm revising
the Outlook 98 Help Desk Appliction for my company's use
as my first project. The one issue I can't seem to
resolve is when the Help Desk Request (Message form)
copies its fields to the Help Desk Task, the message body
is converted to Text format. This is a problem if the end-
user wants to include a file attachment in their request.
