copy ms access from one server to another server

We replace the new server, we tried to copy the MS access 97 from old server
to the new server, when we try to open from client pc, it keep saying access
denied. already granted everyon full access.


Any setting need to be done in MS ACCESS ? the new server is windows 2003
and old server is windows 2000 using different computer name .

How did you copy the database? Have you checked the read only status of the
file? Right click on the file (FileName.mdb) and check if its read only. Un
check if it is.

More than likely, you will need the system.mdw file from your old
