How do I automatically copy myself on all email messages that I send?

I cant seem to locate this option in the Preferences section.

There is no setting for this.

Thanks Diane..
If I understand the script for "CC Self-New Message", I have to run the script every time I want to do this? or is there a way to configure the script where it will perform each time I click on the "new message" icon in Entourage?
