Copy none fill rectangle to Word

When I copy a none fill rectangle to Word the rectangle became filled with a
gray color. It looked like it is the background of the rectangle. Is there
some setting in Visio that I can set to avoid this? Thanks!

In Visio, is the pattern of the rectangle set to None also?

Yes, the pattern of the rectangle is set to None.
I found out that if I do a print preview of the rectangle in Word, it is
actually blank or none. Just when you in Word normal view, you will see the
gray background.
