How do I create a field in Word, that automatically update an other field in the same document?

Create a bookmark by highlighting the word or words you
want to appear elsewhere. Click insert bookmark, and give
it a name without spaces.

Use insert cross-reference to insert the bookmark
somewhere else, making sure you select bookmark from the
menu.

If it is a field inserted using the Forms toolbar, set the properties for
the first field to "calculate on exit." In the properties dialog you can see
the bookmark name given automatically to the field (or change it). The field
that copies this information would be a Ref field.
