copy office outlook 2003 folders/emails to memory stick

Can I copy my email and folders on a memory stick or disk and open on another
computer? It won't open the documents on memory stick. says: drive or network
connection that shortcut filename.xls.INK' refer to is unavailible.

With outlook closed, you copy the data files, *.pst, and not folders/msgs
On the other PC, in Outlook, File>Open>Data File......browse to the
location.
Allthough it might depend on what exactly you want, as to whether the above
process is the actual correct method in the specific circumstances.

The err msg would appear to suggest you copied a shortcut and not the actual
excel file.
