The reason I asked the question again (not on purpose as
anonymous, I just forgot to put my name)was because I
still need an answer to the question "Is there a way".
I realize this is not the correct way to set up the
database. All the comments you have stated to me are not
new to me and I have stated them to my boss several
times. However, he still insist on using Access as a
spreadsheet and would like to have the table set up so
cells in the active row repeats information contained in
cells in the previous row.
I also agree completely with Tim F. What my boss wants
would be better constructed in Excel, but my boss wants it
in Access.
So eventhough it is "crap" methodology, and evethough it
should not be consider anywhere near correct to do it this
way, is there a way to do it?
