copy one field to another

Hello.
I imported my contacts details from My mobile... unfortunately, all
the Mobile numbers are stored now in outlook under the Other-Phone
Field... is there a way i can mass copy all the Numbers from the Other-
phone field into the Mobile-Phone field?
