Copy org chart and maintain settings

Why am I not able to copy an organization chart I have created into a new
sheet without losing all of the formatting (shape size, connectors)?

because the org chart add-in tries to optimize it (and doesn't have a state
memory)

Actually this works in Visio 2003. What version of Visio are you using and
what sorts of things are not preserved?
