what is the easiest way to copy outlook contacts from my pc to laptop?

Create a new pst file, drag and drop the contacts into it. Release the
.pst file from Outlook. Zip it. Move the zip file to the notebook.
Unzip it. Attach the .pst file to Outlook. Drag n Drop the contacts to
the .pst file on the notebook. Detach the temporary pst file from
Outlook. Delete it.
