Are you using Outlook as a component of OfficeXP?
How or in what way are you trying to use Outlook contacts within what
component of OfficeXP?

Thanks for your response DL. I copied my Outlook contacts on a zipdrive from
my work computer and uploaded the contacts to my home computer. Each are file
type: Outlook item. I want to export them into my Contacts on my home
computer. My home computer has MS Office XP which includes Outlook. I can
open Outlook but have not been able to import the Outlook items. Any ideas?

To copy Contacts from work PC, either export them to a csv file, that can
then be imported, or (best Option)
On work PC create a new pst (Data File) in 97 - 2007 format, copy Contacts
to that, within Outlook. Close this data file and copy this data file to
media, from media to Documents folder on home PC. Within Outlook,
File>Open>Personal Folders........browse to this pst
