Copy outlook items

In Outlook 2003, can I copy-paste items in the work week view?
I am a student and I want to copy blocks like "learn art history" to
several places in the week and the month.

Yes it is possible. Open Outlook to the Calendar and highlight the entry
you want to copy. Now go to Edit and select Copy. Then select the day you
want to copy the appointment/task to and go to Edit and select Paste.
