Copy/paste functionality ha been disabled

We have two users who cannot copy and paste in or into Word. (I'm getting
this info third-hand, so I don't know if they have problems pasting into
other Office apps.)

The first user regularly does a screen shot of a report we generate in a
Web-based app and updates a Word report by pasting the screen shot into the
Word doc. Today when he tried to paste his screen shot into Word, he got the
error message, "Copy/paste functionality has been disabled during the
survey." No changes have been made to the original app, so we are mystified.

Then a while later, another user tried to copy text from one spot in a Word
document into another place in the same doc and gets the error message,
"Copy/paste functionality has been disabled."

Has anyone ever seen this before? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any
assistance.
