Copy Paste lost decimals

Whenever I copy and paste a group of cells from Access to
Excel, it cuts off at two decimals. If I highlight a single
cell it keeps them all. I don't know if this is a bug or
setting issue in Access, Excel or Windows. Cells are in
Double format.

Anyone seen this before? I run WinXp, OffXP.
