copy/paste...need double action

HI! I have Windows XP Pro SS1 and Office XP (regularly > updated). If I try
to copy something from, for example, a
web page, to a page of Word I have to do TWO TIMES Ctrl-> C; if I do that

only ONE time it will paste a strange
