Please try to duplicate my Outlook issue.
- Turn WORD OFF as the default email editor. (Tools - Options - Mail Format)
- Find or send yourself an email with multiple attachments. I suggest using
a few different jpg images to demonstrate this issue.
- Open the email with multiple attachments, select all of the attachments
and copy in to memory by right clicking the highlited attachments and
selecting copy.
- Close the email with multiple attachments.
- You should receive a message box, select yes to keep the items in the clip
board.
- Open a new email.
- Paste the attachments into the body of the new email.
- The attachments should appear. Send this email to yourself.
View the attachments the result is that all of the attachments are now the
same.
If you used multiple jpg images all of the images should now be the same
image.
If anyone can duplicate this problem please reply to this thread. I'd
really like to know if this is just my environment.
