Copy / Paste problems

I copy spreadsheets from Excel (Office MAC 2004) and Paste Special
(picture) into Word documents. If I am copying a somewhat large number
of cells, part of the pasted picture is not visible, but the corner
markers are there (hope that makes sense). Is there a setting I can
change to resolve this?

I think that when you do the paste special (picture) command, the
default is to have the picture "wrapped". Double clicking the picture
will bring up a formatting box. In the layout tab, choose wrapping
style "in line with text". You can also rescale the picture if it is
too large.
