**Copy paste question

I have a user with a very long table of data, only a few columns. He has
selected many many records using CTRL, now he wants to copy and paste them
to a new sheet. No problem except he wants them to automatically adjust to
eliminate the gaps created by his random selections throughout the original
table.
Does anyone know if this is possible?? I have never heard of it happening.

Just to be sure I pulled open a large file of my own, selected some rows
using control button and pasted into another sheet and there were no gaps.
They automatically moved togather (I thought that it would but wanted to be
sure before I answered your question). Is he selecting the entire row or
specific cells?
