copy personal address folder to contacts

hi
my OS is win XP
my outlook is XP

i have exchange mail account in the domain i have at
work , but i have some addresses in the personal addres
book and some in the contactsd folder , i want all the
addresses to be in the contacts , so how can i move the
addresses in from the personal address folder to the
contacts folder on the exchange server , i'll appriciate
any help on that.
