Copy Picture button

A simple question, I think. Using the Copy Picture button (Not the wizard),
there are two options for how you want to render the picture: For the Screen
or for a Printer. What is the difference between these two options?

Thanks,

One copies it using your printer settings (this can cause it to come out in
gray scale). The other captures it using display settings). I usually use
for screen if I am going to use it in powerpoint or the like. I suppose if I
were going to paste it into something I was going to print out (like a word
document) I would try for printer, but I never have.
