copy ranges

Hi,
Is there a way (maybe a macro) to copy non adjacent ranges from book1,
sheet1 to book2, sheet1? Both books are opened.

the ranges are:
B14:E64
G14:FE64
FH14:FQ64

Copy and paste one at a time.

If you need a macro, record one when you do it manually.
