Copy & remove data from list box

Hello All,

Can anybody tell me how to copy the data from one list box to second
listbox by clicking on one button & remove from second listbox by
clicking on other button.
Is it necessary to write JScript code. I am new user of InfoPath & not
aware about JScript.

Your any help is appreciated.
